Ken Stringfellow, American indie musician who has for the last 30 years has performed with some of the most significant names in rock music (including R.E.M., Neil Young and members of the Beatles, the Who, Led Zeppelin and many more) will come to Rwanda for his final show of 2020. An evening of stories (it will be at the Kigali House of Stoies, after all!) and music in the genres of rock, American folk & roots, and more. Expect some local guests to join as well. Ken brings his unique humor, pathos and a curious mind to every verse and chorus.

It will also be broadcast live on the internet to a paying audience, and proceeds will benefit two organizations that do extensive work in Africa: Musicians Without Borders and Solar Sister. Musicians Without Borders is the world’s pioneer in using music for peacebuilding and social change. Solar Sister invests in women’s clean energy businesses in off-grid communities in Africa
